Retail Business Development is a terrible employer. You will be lied to by recruiters about everything from commission to work environment and then charged fees to use work equipment that you need to do the job. You will be promised commissions that never come and you will be on your own with no support or guidance from management. The training you receive is inadequate and your supervisor is too underpaid to care about your job performance. They will make sure you are making money for them or they will just let you go, and don't expect to get paid for all your work. The company is so top heavy with managment that they can't afford to pay a fair wage to the front line field workers who are actually selling products. They work with Vonage and other companies in the telecom industry and lie to them about how the company is run to disguise their shady hiring practices. I would steer clear of this company at all costs.

I only received part of my pay.  That was due to me calling 4 different people everyday three times a day each for 2 weeks straight until I received a returned phone call.  Told corporate if I did not receive my paycheck on the 2nd attempted promise date, then I would see them in court.  What real business does NOT pick up their business phone nor return phone calls.  So, I am out 16 hours of wages owed, plus over $200 of owed commissions.

I am a victim of this horrid scam.   I am on the East Coast.

****ANYONE READY TO STOP THEM AND GET TOGETHER FOR A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM???*****

There are 8 postings on this site.  Plus a bunch on Indeed.com  Who knows where else.  They need to be stopped ASAP!
