Retail Dimensions, Inc Poor Support; s****.>
Hello,
I'm an owner of a retail shop, and I use Retail Pro in my store, and I use Magento for my website. I hired Retail Dimensions to help me integrate my website with my physical store. I want to warn other small business owners again hiring Retail Dimensions so that you don't get scammed like I did.
After they did their integration, they offered 30 days of free support. Unfortunately, most of the problems started to appear after that point. Their standard scam is to charge $175 per hour for support after that point. Sometimes, support calls can take many, many hours to resolve. In addition, support tickets can take months to resolve.
When doing our integration, we worked with a guy named Paul Bliss of Beaverton, Oregon. Paul seemed to be easily confused by retail concepts, and had trouble understanding our business. In addition, Paul mumbled on the phone and was hard to understand. As a result, we lost countless hours of having to do rework. Paul Bliss cost us dealy. We wish we had partnered with somebody more skilled. Even if we had paid more per hour, we would have come our ahead.
Once the integration was complete and we needed help with support tickets, we always got callbacks from a guy named Ryan Castro of Portland, Oregon. Ryan was incredibly condescending to us on the phone and did an incredibly poor job of helping us out. We became convinced that Ryan's sole goal was to take as long as possible to do a job while doing the minimal amount of work. At $175 per hour, Ryan Casto cost us dearly. Ryan delivered poor value to our business, and we're sorry that we had to deal with him.
If you are a small business owner, I would advise again hiring Retail Dimensions because their sole goal is to earn as much money as possible while doing the minimal amount of work.
In addition, we had Retail Dimensions install a custom piece of software called RDIce which crashed all the time.
I'm sorry I hired Retail Dimensions and their group of clowns. Never before have I dealt with such a group of losers and people who didn't know what they were doing.
