Retail Services Charges $35 fee almost every time payment made, and on time, ripoff Carol Stream Illinois
This co will ripoff you in a min. my bill is due on or before the 7th of each month. I send it when I get paid on the 1st of the month, yet they always seem to add a $35 dollor charge anyway. I have called them many times, but it don't do any good.
