Complaint Review: Retail Services Yamaha

Retail Services Yamaha statement not delivered on time to make payment without late fee. when statement mailed in they still charge late fee for not recieving it on time. even though mailed more than a week ahead of due date.. service is terible. City Of Industry California

retail service is a unfriendly business. they do there best to charge late fees.. Im sure its very profitable.. I cant imagine Yamaha lets them finance there bikes..I will never buy a yamaha again.. The company mails out statements that arive on or after the suggested mail date. I mail statement a week before its due and Im still charged a late fee. Company is unfriendly. not nice.. rude..This month no statement was delivered. I explained I had no statement this month and i feel they should give me a break. NO was the reply..We are talking hours..or maybe a day late.. late fee is around 60.00 on a 40.00 min payment. Its hard to pay a company that makes you feel ripped off all the time..
