Twice billed me for charges not incurred by me. I have called them twice and sent a registered letter, to which there has been no response. Their 800 number is no longer valid.

The easiest way to begin a dispute is to contact the number on the back of the card. If you do not enter your account number you will be transferred directly to a guest services rep.

They can initiate the dispute process for you and let you know what else needs to happen to take care of the problem.
