Complaint Review: Retaka Romeo Nelson

I am a process server certified in Texas since 2010, I met with Mr. Nelson in late 2012 and extended approx. $3,000 in credit to him while he was going through his divorce in Harris County, TX. In late 2013, when his case concluded and he promised to pay in full for all services that I provided, he disappeared and showed up approx. 2 weeks later to demand return of his equipment he thinks that he left with me, none was left. I informed him of his debt and he has not been heard from since. If Mr. Nelson wants to resolve this debt in a civil manner, he will need to call me.
