please stay away from this company retention services they promise to help you modify your loan with you mortage company they claim they are with the making home afforable program but they are a scam.i sent this company 2800.00 and two payments of 497.00 i was i received my last payment back from the post office in california letting me know that this was a scam i called eric jones and he would not return my phone call i hope no one else gets ripped off!
