Complaint Review: Retina -X

The lead ins to the Mobile Spy website all state that there software will work with Windows 8. It will not . Upon Purchase and attempt to use I was advised that it does not work with my phone even though all the web sites that lead to theirs state that it will. When you pay your payment will go through an off shore handler in the Netherlands. This should be a Red flag. After contacting the company they basicly stated to bad you did not read our web site. They will not acknowledge the fact that all the other web sites lead to theirs this show definite intent to defraud. I will be proceeding with legal action against Retina-X and a Mr. Craig Thompson the supposed owner that know one will let me speak with. I have researched also Avangate the off shore company and have found many complaints filed against them.
