Complaint Review: Retrieval Masters Credit Bureau

I received a collection letter in the mail stating that I owed $24.00 to the National Home Gardening Club for a two year subscription that I supposedly signed up for online.  However, after researching the above named "creditor", my email address could not be found in thier database. 

Afterwards, I used the membership number found on the collection letter, there was an account found with that number but, an unknown email address.  This collection agency is a fraud that preys on people that use the internet for home improvement research.  Do not trust this company!!
