Approached in carpark of Bunnings with surplus stock of Fleetwood speakers - speakers said to be high end product at a heavily discounted price.
Glossy magazine showing speakers with $US prices and an Australian website showing similar information.
Friendly enough encounter until you discover that the speakers are anything but high end.
Fortunately Victorians are covered by a cool off period for this sort of encounter - that's if the office exists.

Visited Retro the day after my speaker purchase.
Arrived to find a group of young "resellers" being briefed and re-stocked for the day. About five white vans were in the carpark.
Spoke to the principle who was fairly caustic about my approach but he agreed to refund my money on the 20th (Monday morning.
I now have a number of other pieces of information relating to the business and its operations which I will release if things don't turn out on Monday.
