I was a member at Retro Fitness Healthclub. I received personal training from The EFT Group. What a mistake, and a nightmare! The trainer I had and I liked was friends with this woman that was also a member of the healthclub, and acted she like a real w***e in her 40's. She was also on his Facebook. She was giving me a lot of crap in the middle of my training sessions. She would make an idiot of her self outside the window of the healthclub at me. She had a problem with me being at the healthclub. She also wants to get with all the trainers. She see's them outside of their business. I do not know who would want want to be friends with a person who acts like that and gets in the middle of their business. How unprofessional! I went to the Healthclub staff about this when this happened, and their staff is as unprofessional as them come. Young and old. EFT or Retro Fitness can not handle issues at all. If they like you, they will help, if not, they will get you out. Everything is about friends and everything was one sided. The personal training company and management has affairs with their clients/customers. The EFT Group accuses innocent people for the poor conduct and business they do. On top of that I have a health condition and I am unemployed. I had cancelled the personal training because I can no longer afford it. After that The EFT Group calls the police on me, and I am no longer permitted back in the gym. I will fight for my rights if they can not. If this woman starts stuff with people, she better be ready when someone snaps back. And this woman still gets to stay there. Go Figure! I guess if you give these trainers a piece of a*s you get trained properly. I even spoke to one of the 3 owners. He could care less. He told me to find happiness at another healthclub and told me he does not know what is going on in my life. This is how they handle situations. A person did not ask to be laid off or have a health condition. Sorry for me for being human! I will tell all my friends, family, and everyone I come in contact with, not to do business with Retro Fitness or The EFT Group. Run far and fast from both of these companies.

Retro Fitness Management, Owners, and The EFT Group participates in this sick activity against an individual. All because of this friends trainer who can not control herself. She is a very dangerous woman. Both companies call the police on people, but when you go to the police you get ignored. Stay away from both of these companies.

I am no longer a member of this Retro Fitness facility because of the owners wrong doings. I have not been there for over a year. They do not know how to treat members at all. Beware of the healthclub staff, and the EFT Group,Brian Berman - The Customer Service Director. They lie so bad, it is a disgrace. If you are not their friends, they will treat you like trash.  Do not give any trainers any referrals. Now that I am not permitted anymore at this facility, the personal training company and healthclub staff shares your personal information with other members of the gym. I am receiving not nice emails when I do not even know these people. When you post a complaint online, they have members or their friends leave comments. Some of them assume you post comments and direct them at you.  I do not comment on any posts I put online. Enter at your own risk, I would tell people to stay away from both of these companies.

Update - Stay Away From Retro Fitness In North Wales, PA

Retro Fitness in North Wales, PA does not care about members at all. I sent them a copy of this complaint, and they do not even respond. They have a poor personal training company located in their place of business that does not even own Retro Ftiness. I was there trying to take care of my health condition, but a trainers friend likes to give problems to other members as well as getting in the middle of their training sessions. This woman corners the trainer I had for a long period of time, and she tries to get date, or whatever with him while making other clients late. They do not treat people equally. The EFT Group's management, Retro Fitness staff, and the owner Jeff Williams, does not know how to handle issues when they arise. I got my membership revoked because of this trainers friend that was a nuisance while the other member gets to stay there. They discriminate people. Stay away from Retro Fitness and The EFT Group located in North Wales, PA. I will not recommend anyone here.
