Retrofacts Stole my money and then blocked me to be able to email them PFAFFTOWN North Carolina
I ordered a t-shirt off of retrofacts.net and had waited the required 2-5 business days for it to be delivered. I had then emailed them at the provided email (retrofacts.net) to ask where my order was since their "tracking device" did not work. In their website, it clearly states that the consumer has 30 days for a full refund. This is our communication back and forth:
Me: I would just like how to figure out how to track my order. Thanks. My tracking number is (and I typed my tracking number in).
Retrofacts: Hi Pam, We had to order one of this size in. It is going to take a week or so. Please let us know if you would rather not wait. - Retrofacts
Me: I would rather not wait. I need to get it to the reciever ASAP. I would like a full refund, please.
(They then sent me a refund confirmation email to which I responded):
Me: Yes, I would like a refund. When should I expect it on my Visa card?
Retrofacts: It normally takes a few business days.
Me: Still waiting for full refund. You can't tell me a guess on which day I will receive my money?
Retrofacts: It is normally a few business days, but I've seen it take longer. Please let us know if you don't recieve it by mid-week for some reason.
I then got an email from MAILER-DAEMON@yahoo.com, stating "Sorry, we are unable to deliver your message to the following address contact@retrofacts.net
This email is sent when the email address is now unavailable to contact or they have blocked you, and I find it very convienant for this to happen a day before their refund should be transfering into my account. If you don't want to get your money stolen, don't purchase anything from this website.
