Complaint Review: Retrofoam of Florida

Hired these people to insulate my small house. Very small actually, spent $10,000.00 and for what. They left a mess, missed areas. I had to spend hours cleaning up after them. When I called the company I talked to Casey the production manager, and he said he would be out the following week, WHAT!! I have this huge mess, the weekend is coming, and now instead of doing the things I want to do I am stuck cleaning up after these guys. The injection foam guys missed areas, did not fill all the holes, left this white sticky stuff all over the place. Stained my driveway. The spray foam guys weren't much better, they left a mess, have to repaint frame around opening to attic (how hard it is to just put a rag where there hose is) I have this sticky foam all over in my garage, what a mess. I have foam stuck to the tires on my car. I paid top dollar and got rookie quality. The only person who seemed to know what they were doing was my sales person Doug. He seemed to really know what he was doing, and also really seemed to care about my house. I guess he is no longer there. Called him, he said he was powerless to do anything about it, and apologized. If you are looking for a great insulation company, keep going.
