I received an email from this company advertising low priced mortgage leads.

These were supposed to be 2 types of leads:

1. Current Renters paying at least $1,000 per month in rent with at least a 680 credit score who have expressed interest in the last 90 days about buying a home.

2. Current homeowner's with adjustable rate mortgages that are set to adjust in the next 90 days.

Once we received the leads and called them over 35% were bad phone numbers.

The current homeowner list was full of homeowners with no mortgage at all...paid in full.

The current renters list was complete BS too and was full of people who already owned homes.

The morale of the story is DO NOT buy anything from this company.

They are liars and are providing false leads that are garbage.
