My account was charged despite the fact that I disabled auto-renewal on my Reunion.com account. My Paypal receipt dated Oct 5, 2007 10:05 AM states "Your subscription will automatically renew at the rates stated above unless you cancel prior to the end of the billing period. If you have any questions or concerns about this subscription, please contact Reunion.com."
(Original emailed receipt available)

I then changed my auto-renewal status to "disabled" - I have an emailed confirmation from Reunion.com stating this change dated Oct 5, 2007 10:07 AM. (Original email available)

On Nov 13, 2007 - I received an email confirmation from Paypal that my account had been charged $14 for a renewal on my Reunion.com account. (Receipt email is dated Nov 13, 2007 7:15 AM - (Original email available)

I contacted Reunion.com who informed me that their service is non-refundable and they are not responsible.

Apparently - setting your account for non-renewal does, in fact, nothing and your account will renew regardless of settings. Paypal has refunded my money - but Reunion.com is definitely a company to AVOID. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau for a reason; just wish I had checked them prior to using.
