After paying $36.00 for a 3 month subscription and not being satisfied with the service, I cancelled my account through PayPal and called Reunion.com customer service. After being put on hold for over an hour, the rep promised they would refund the automatic subscription renewal on Pay Pal that they did after I had cancelled the service.

When I first signed up, I specifically checked the box for NO AUTOMATIC RENEWAL yet they still charged my PayPal account for another $36.00. I have complained to Pay Pal but no answer yet. This company, if not an outright scam, tries to make it as hard as possible to cancel or get promised refund. Also the information they provide is only what anyone could get off the web for free.
