Complaint Review: Reverb.com

Purchased a guitar pedal from Groove City Guitars on Reverb Dot Com - I emailed the seller in advance regarding the condition - He said there was no issues - I received the pedal with rusty jacks - Deep gouges and paint chips in the finish + velcro all over the back of the pedal  - I did not receive the pedal that was pictured - I emailed the seller - he told me to return the item - this would be at my expense - I told him it would be too expensive to send back because of his mistake - I left him negative feedback - the seller began to harass me - shortly after that reveb.com removed the feedback to protect this dishones seller - I emailed Reverb.com multiple times with no help. I did file a dispute seeking a small partial refund and was ignored. The seller and the site are both dishonest and do not have any respect for their customers
