Yes I purchased a HKS sports turbo upgrade and I did not recieve one thing that was right that I ordered. It ended up being a stock turbo from a mitsubishi dealer and I knew this because I had my mechanic look at it. Nothing said HKS on the product; it said Garret on the turbo snail and all of the parts were from the dealer and they charged me $1315 for this "HKS UPGRADE TURBO" and I know a stock turbo cost only $800

This "Gentleman" and I am using that term very lightly, is completely telling a lie here. Here are a couple things:
1. He filed this report 9 months after alledgedly getting this part from us. His order was placed on Jan 1, 2004. If he was so angry, why were we not contacted about anything. I know why....look at #4.
2. Anybody can call HKS and find this out for themselves. Not all HKS upgrades come with a turbo that is stamped "HKS." All HKS turbo upgrades do however come with "GARRETT" turbos. Only certain kits come with Garrett turbos that are stamped HKS.
3. We offer free ground shipping on anything over $300.00 that isn't an oversize box. This box is very large, and very heavy, and is considered an oversize box. It states in our terms about free shipping, that oversize is NOT considered free shipping.
4. This is the kicker....sit down for this one...HE CANCELED THE ORDER BECAUSE WE WOULDN'T GIVE FREE SHIPPING!!! Thats right, he canceled the order, we didn't ship anything, he didn't receive anything.
I hope everybody reading this has more of a clue than "Brayden" does, to not lie about something he knows nothing about, because he is mad he didn't get his own way.
We are a reputable company, that has been open for a significant time longer than most performance websites. There is a reason, we don't screw our customers over, and we have excellent customer service.
