What you saw in the above court document is Wendy Stevens of Liberty League International having her appeal denied by the judge because they found she had a "history" of this "intentional" "criminal conduct". Repeatedly committing credit card theft and fraud against her friends and people that she knows over and over again.
She admitted all of this in court. It's all right there in the above document.
Friend#1: Joan Benton
Stevens was invited over for a "prayer meeting" and stole the credit card out of her friend Joan Benton's kitchen. Wendy Stevens then went on an illegal shopping spree of nearly $5,000 collectively just on that stolen card alone.
Friend#2: Kim Camp
Kim Camp, another friend of Wendy Stevens also testified in court. She too admitted that Wendy Stevens had stolen her credit card in the past as well and had made illegal unauthorized charges on "two occasions".
Friend#3: Mr. and Mrs. Chamberlain
Wendy Stevens admitted in court that when she lived in Maryland, she stole yet another credit card from "Mr. and Mrs. Chamberlain" and made illegal unauthorized charges on their stolen credit card without their permission.
Friend#4: Mr. and Mrs. Bach
Once again, Wendy Stevens steals yet another credit card from "Mr. and Mrs. Bach, and again uses it illegally to make unauthorized fraudulent charges without their permission just as she had with the rest of her friends.

This one is most sickening.
Another friend of Stevens, "Freeman" had taken a second card out on Stevens name under the agreement that Stevens would only use it in "emergencies" only. After her friend "Freeman" was killed in a car accident, Wendy Stevens goes out and makes "irrational" purchases with that card that was supposed to be only for emergencies.
Some of Wendy Stevens' excuses for stealing her friends credit cards then going on illegal shopping sprees was a troubled marriage, divorce, bipolar disorder, family problems, and because she was "concerned about providing Christmas presents". Wendy Stevens needed Christmas money so she got it by stealing credit cards from friends and putting it all on their tab.
Wendy Stevens wanted to get herself into a "mental health inpatient program" to "understand why she committed these acts."
As you can see, Wendy Stevens is a snake. A repeat common criminal who has no problem stealing from people she knows. A documented pattern of theft and by her own admission in court.
So why would you want to join her in Liberty League International? Maybe because you did not know about her past. But now you do. Stevens just wants your money. Based on her past, it seems she would have no problem screwing you either. You can't say you were not warned.

Is this that Women Empowerment, Gifting scheme that my cousin was invited to.
She laughed because she was supposed to" keep it all secret because "men just wouldn't understand" and she called the local police and talked to a MAN who was an investigator and HE UNDERSTOOD PERFECTLY that it was a PONZI scam --liker Bernard Madoff stole billions with and for her NOT to get involved in any way or fashion.
This woman sounds like SHE SHOULD BE IN JAIL!

Yes, I have made mistakes in my life and been in great duress; however, regardless of the great duress I have never mistaken someone else's credit card for mine!
Ask Wendy for her side? How do I find Wendy? Sounds to me as though the court didn't buy into her explanation.
If her business does so well, why would she use a credit card to steal?

We have all made mistakes in our lives - often in times of extreme duress. Ask Wendy and she will explain her side of the story. She doesn't hide it. She and only she can tell the real story. She is an awesome lady with a heart of gold. She runs a business and if you do your homework and put in the work you can be as successful as she is.

Well, Wendy Stevens of Liberty League is a person who admitted in a Tenneesse court that she had stolen from friends and neighbors to commit credit card fraud.
In fact, Wendy Stevens was caught on video tape at a Tenneesse Target store register making illegal purchases with a stolen credit card that she had previously stolen from a friend. She was going around making a bunch of illegal purchases on stolen credit cards before she got caught and ended up in court for it. Then in court she admitted that this was not the only time she had done something like this.
Investigators used this video tape footage they obtained from a Target store in Tennesssee to positively link Wendy Stevens in court to her friend's stolen credit card. There was nothing Wendy Stevens could say or deny. She was caught on tape like a common criminal commiting fraud.
It's all documented in the official court documents below. Nothing is made up.
