Complaint Review: Revita Eye

Revita Eye charging me $180 even though it was supposed to be a free trial Rolla Missouri

I ordered the free trial of the RevitaEye and the Beau Derma supposedly for shipping costs only.  A few days later I was checking my credit card statement and noticed two charges-one for $89.95 and one for $85.95.  I called them to ask them about these charges since it was supposed to be a trial.  I was told I had called one day too late to get out of being charged the full amount for both.   The lady I spoke to just kept repeating that the 15 day free trial ended the day before because the trial started with the date I had ordered on, not from the date I received the order.  I still don't remember this being stated on the website. 

There was no paperwork sent in either package and the printing on the product containers was so small I had to get a magnifying glass to read them.

I don't think it is right to offer a free trial then charge the full amount for the order.  I rarely order any product advertised on TV.  It will be a long time before it happens again.  As to the results of these products, I haven't noticed any changes.  In fact I've noticed if I rub around my eyes, the skin is painful.
