Complaint Review: Revitalize Age Defying Serum

I orderd the trial of Renew, Rejuvenating Eye Cream and Revitalize Age Defying Skin Serum for the trial price of $4.95 each. I am sure I called the order in. 

A few weeks later I saw a charge of $89.95 on my credit card. I phone them 3 days later and they said I needed to cancel or I would be charged and I had not even received any new product. 

They didn't tell me about the fact that I had to return the trial product bottles (any time) and I had 15 days from the day I ordered it to return it. So basically you order it, get it a week later, try it once, stick it back in a bag and return it before 15 days total is up!

So I got a new bottle a few days later, one person said call back and I will tell you how to return it, not sure why they couldn't tell me right then but ok. So I called back and he said send it "return to sender." so I did that but a few weeks later I was charged a 2nd time for both bottles (face and eye cream).

I called again and they were very rude and said they could give a partial refund and I said no I would just dispute it on my credit card and hung up on him. He called me right back and said I don't know what happened, we got cut off. I said I hung up on you. He said he would give me a full refund of both months but I had to call to the other number to cancel the face cream even though they came in the same bag.

So I got that 2 months refund and called the face cream, Revitalize Age defying Serum. They did the same thing and said they had given me 1 month refund but the charge of $89.95 was for the trial month since I didn't send it back. I said I would just dispute it on my card again. He said go ahead and dispute it.

I had just finished disputing it on my card and he called back and said they would give me another month of refund! Fancy that. I asked him how he could work at a company like that since they do such fraudulant marketing things. He didn't answer. Never buy cream from either company.

Revitalize Age Defying Serum or Renew Rejuvenating Eye Cream. Its good cream but not worth $90 a bottle and you would never go through bottles as fast as they send them.
