Revitalize labs llc Dermedica Failed to provide terms and conditions of an auto enrollment through a third party ad Wilmington Delaware **Author of this Report is NOT CONFIRMED**
Offer to purchase samples of product was viewed on a local television station website. There was no indication of any other Terms & Conditions within the ad nor was there any mention of enrollment in the form of membership. Shipping charges appeared in bank transactions as agreed. Product was received 6 days after ordered. Company charged bank account in the amount of $98.62 on the first hit and $94 on the second hit the following day. Bank charges were disputed and credited back to account. Received notice from fraud department at bank with Terms and Conditions attached from merchant. Had to cancel within 14 days. Merchant documents indicate the trial period begins the day the order is placed, allows for 4 days shipping and 10 days to try product. Merchant documents verified product delivery on day six. Merchant documents also state an email will be sent 2 days prior to the expiration of the trial period stating account will be charged unless canceled. No emails received. No merchant contact information, invoice or paperwork was in the box with the product when received. No return address was found anywhere on the box. Merchant product is advertised as Dermedica. Bank charges come through as Revitalize causing confusion. Notice from bank says they are going to pay the merchant $98.72 because I failed to cancel a membership that is apparently agreed upon when you order the samples. This is a ripoff and will cost you $98 per month auto deduct if you purchase the samples. Merchant failed to place the terms and conditions within the third party ad. Not sure if they can get the other $94 yet. Just trying to warn others.
