I applied to internet ad for la'cell skin cream only. They sent 2 boxes of skin cream and 1 tube of eye cream which I did not request. I returned the order to sender marked Refused. Then some days later I received skin care cream and eye care serum from company REVITALIZE. I never hear of them & did not ever request their trial offers. P La'Cell REVIT 332ALIZE but address of REVITALIZE SKIN CREAM is La'Cell,P.O.Box 268013, Weston, FL 33326. One package was addressed to me and one package was addressed to my daughter LIORA BENSOREK. She never heard of them & did not request trial offer. We don't know how they got her name, etc. Thank you for your help.

I am very grateful for your prompt and kind reply informing me that Revitalize is a scam. I telephoned all 4 numbers which VISA had given me. 4 products under different names from the same company. I spoke very very briefly to the customer reps who answered my call and said "I wish to cancel immediately. product has been refused and returned to sender. VISA will not charge my credit card for your $4.95 plus 99 cents on each of the 4 orders., Additionally VISA will block all future charges from you." I received a cancellation number from Pro Deluxe Skin Care at 888-334-0849 and from Revitalized Skin Cream at Vibrant at 888-403-6207.. I have not had a reply from HBody at 888-827-8350 nor from Contour Beauty at 877-563-2851. I appreciate your response declaring Revitalize as a scam. All 4 numbers were answered by the same reps. Thank you again for your interest and good advice. Feel free to share this reply with other readers who may be in the similar situation.

Revitalize is a scam. They tell you it is free other than a $4.95 shipping charge and then add 99 cents to each order as insurance? They never mentioned this at all. There was no mention of this insurance (?) charge anywhere. I received a duplicate order with the same 2 charges on my card. Once I found out it was a recurring charge of $90.00 which they mention nowhere in their promotion, I canceled the order(s). When I tried to get a refund for these 4 charges, they refused. This is bait and switch at its best and everyone should be aware that Revitialize is a SCAM!
