revitalizelabs i ordered a "free sample" of their skin cream and paid shipping 4.95 then 15 days later they charged my card 98.72
i did not agree to any additional charges. I was offered a free gift and just pay the shipping charges. I was charged 4.95 on 11/14/17.
then on 11/28 they charged my card again for 98.72
i did not order or recieve any more products.
