Complaint Review: Revive Derma

Revive Derma Light Derma EyeThe billing came from different names. Artesac*Nittorch, Today Goal and Health Supplements On February 22, 2016 I saw an ad for free face and eye cream. All I had to do was pay the postage. I gave them my credit card number and in a few days I received my order. I never responded to it, I had not seen anything saying I needed to send it back to company within 10 days. On March 7, I received an email late at night saying my shipment was on the way. I had no phone number, but I emailed them back saying I did not want the order and to cancel it. They responded by saying they received my cancelation order and it had to ve revied by their staff. I never received the order, but they billed my credit card for $92.93 and $89.95. They refuse to refund my money. New York New York

On February 22, 2016 I orded a trial eye cream and face cream, I agreed to pay the shipping charges and nothing else. I was not aware if I did not want the cream I had to return it withing 10 days or they would automatically send  a shipment each month.

On March 7, 2016 I received an email around midnight saying they had shipped my eye and face cream,  I had no name for the company, no phone number either.  I responded to their email and said I did not want the facial or eye cream and cancel the shipment.  They canceled the shipment, but billed my account. Artesac * Nittorch billed me $89.95 and Today Goal billed me for $92.93 They said they would cancel my shipment, upon review from their staff.

I was not aware they had charged my credit card until I received my montly statement.

On March 25, I received another email saying they were shipping my order, again I was charged $89.95 and $92.93. When I called their customer service number, here again no mention is made of the name of the company, they said they would cancel my contract with them and they could only give me a 50% refund on the purchase.  One one refund has gone through, for $44.97.  I have called them twice now asking where my other refund is, the first time I spoke with Alice and she told me I had to be patient, I explained I had the partial credit for one charge, but the other had not gone through.  On April 19th I called again and spoke to Alec, he said their records showed the credit had been given, but he would report it to his supervisor.  I just checked today and still no credit has gone through.

I notice the company has their headquarters in New York, but the billing came from Florida and California.  On March 26, I received a shipment from them, there were 2 jars in the same bag, I did not open the bag, I wrote refuesed on it and returned it to the letter carrier.

Each time I have called I was told I never should have emailed them, but I should have called them.  I had no phone number and I had no name for the company, so I did what I could to stop all the charges going into my credit card bill.

I wonder if this company is operating from a foreign country.  Everyone I had talked to has such a thick accent and I have a great deal of trouble understanding them.

From what I have read on the Internet this type of scam is runnign rampant.  We are retired and on a fixed income, so this money is needed for daily essentials.  I have learned a lesson, if it is too good to be true, stay away.

I really appreciate any help you can give me.
