Complaint Review: Revived Youth Face Cream - Renewal Cream

My terrible experience with Revived Youth Face Cream started as an online 14 day trial which I naively signed up for.  It is a SCAM! When I placed the order, they asked if i wanted to add the Revive Youth Serum for a minimal cost and so I said yes.  A couple of  months later I called to cancel my subscription because there was absolutley nothing special about the cream.  I kept receiving the cream only (not the serum) and kept being charged.  After a couple more months, I called back to find out why I was still receiving the cream and they said that I hadnt fully canceled my subscription.  Apparently they had two seperate accounts for me, one for the cream and one for the serum.  I told them I had cancelled and they said that I only cancelled one of my subscriptions.  I explained that they had made a mistake by not cancelling my account completely several months earlier and asked for a refund but of course they said no.  Then I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no because they would give me the same answer.  After insisting 5-6 times to speak with a supervisor they said he/she would call me in 24-48 hours, but not to expect any different result because because it was company policy not to give any refunds.  I asked if the call was being recorded and he said he would give me a 15% refund.  I told him that I wanted several months worth of refunds so he then raised it to 30% and finally 50% refund hoping I would just go away.  Then he said that he could not refund me any more because it was against company policy.

Bottom line .... don't order ANY trial offers from Revived Youth or any of these type internet hooks.  These are in place only to get your money.  The owner of the company does not care about you and the products they peddle do not produce the results they claim to.  These advertisements with trial offers which we are being bombarded with online, on Face Book and Instagram etc... are structured to suck you in with their amazing claims and then drain as much of your money from you as they can before you wise up and have the gumption to make it stop.  They fully expect their to be complaints and they have a script that they stick to no matter what.  Don't be a sucker like me!
