Complaint Review: ReviveDerma

ReviveDerma Select Health,Acelife Health LLCBeauty Impressions LLC, I suspect among many more sneaky business practices, has taken extremes amounts of money from my debit acct one on 2/29/16 the next on 3/16/16 ! Santa Ana California

This company is now making it clear that they will be charging a monthly charge and speak a bit to refunds but when i ordered my product the Revive Derma something or other, I didnt even receive the product i ordered by the way I received a Snake Venom product, anyway on the website I visited by linking from another website I forget I deliberately searched for the way this trial would work and NO WHERE could I find anything at all like there is now and all I can figure is that they received a lot of complaints such as mine, accusing them of being sneaky and fraudulant, I only receieved the product no shipping slip no other informatoin. No way to cancel and I think that could be why I didn't receive the same product I ordered. !) because no where did it say i would be charged monthly or even more than monthly for anything at any price. I saw the word "trial" and unfortunately assumed they would ship the product and there would be some kind of card in there where I would rate the product and if I did enjoy it they then would send me another one and at that time I would begin to pay for the prodict since i decided I liked it, that to me is the way a REAL trial would be done. Instead these people make it next to impossible to find out who to even contact in order to cancel everytiime i try to find anything out about the snake venom product which is what i received it takes me to some other product with yet another company name with yet another address, i will try to call the number I eventually realized could be on the jar and it is on the jar. I already know what they will say they will tell me that i will not recieve a refund even if i send back their product. However they now chaged me again another $92.63, on 3/16/16 after charging me on 2/29/16, not even a month later and i have only received ONE jar of this cream which is doing nothing to my face by the way. I think this company might have been called something esle because upon investigating similar names on this website i found one that had complaints much the same as mine. I am angry I feel decieved and I feel completely ripped off! I did write two emials to this company and am still awaiting a response I will indeed be sending another email right after this i did tell them I will be going to any website I can find where to complan about their sneaky and horrible business practices, I will admit i shouldn't have gone for this but my desire to stay young looking over took my logic and I sent away for my Free TRIAL which was not free it cost me $92.63! I then, received a confirmation email of some sort, I thought confirmation meant it was confirming the customer indeed said it would be okay to take the money from ones acct. no their confirmation is what should be called a reciept they do all of these things to make it look like they are doing their bit on the up and up but they aren't they are doing very very sneaky moves and making hundreds and hundreds of dollars everday by confusing their customers and by telling them they will not receive their refunds and they don't allow you to cancel and say good bye they go on and on and on and ask a million questions and never allow you to know whether or not you are going to be cancelled or not that is what they teach their people to do, i don't even know if i called the correct company because i didn't even get to tell her who I was before she was trying to tell me why I could not cancel I said so how long are you going to be taking this nearly one hundred dollars from my account? How long does this go on? Instead of answering she asked me my name again. WHen I said I couldn't find a phone number for the comapny it was because I couldn't find one related to my product and I am unsure if all these places are connected but they have to be i did notice the number on the back of the jar just before writing this so i am going to call them during business hours tomorrow and update my report here i am sorry for this being so inceredibly long along with possibly terribly spelled words and terrible grammar as I am tired and angry and typing too quickly but i think you get the idea. Is anyone else out there suffering with a problem with thise people? Is anyone else out there struggling to get your money refunded or at least getting your auto pay cancelled with them? Does anyone know the correct number I need to call I would appreciate any help with this I can get! Thank you so much!
