Complaint Review: Reviver Soft (cleverbridge AG)

I have purchased two software products from this company the most ecent of which is their Security Reviver. I have tried three times with them supplying different License Codes but none of the three have worked. The license code is not required to be entered until after the scan. I decided initially to do a deep scan and it ran for over four days and did not stop. I have asked for my money back, and contrary to what an employee has writte here, I have not had this offered to me yet despite the fact that I have asked for a refund. I feel ripped off so potential buyers beware. If others have been similarly ripped off and want to form a class action against the company i would join them.
