 I placed an order with Revlon One Step believing as the receipt states I was getting a Revlon product which is a hair styler. Instead I got a different product so the description and photo on website is not what I received. I received it in a broken package with the name Rivka Bachrach and the order number was not my order.

It was the company mistake and they want me to pay shipping to send it to China or Monaco when it came from NJ. The website when I first saw it ...now they changed it, only showed Revlon products that at first I believe it to be from Revlon Inc. Now they have changed it because of my complaint. If I received the item on the receipt, I would not make this complaint.

Their website fooled me to believe I was going to get a Revlon product and I got something that looked damaged name CliniqPro. I have all receipts, package photos, etc to show how they fooled me so I can send them money. I asked them to send me a postage paid label and I will send it back to them since it was their fault for sending me a bootleg item and not Revlon. I want my refund and I learned my lesson that just because they say they are Revlon and show Revlon products doesn't mean that is what you will get. Even receipt says Revlon.

 I contacted the lady name Rivka. It turns out she sent me the item because the company told her I was RevlonOneStep.com So she thought she was sending it back to the company for a refund but she actually sent me the damaged item.

In the package I received was a plastic bag that either the company or someone (another customer) sent her with the item and also there was a receipt with her name so I got what she was suppose to send back to the company. Why would a company give another customers address? So I never received my order but this company wants me to pay to ship back something I never ordered?

What company does that? Then I got an email stating they are not going to ship me an order from a foreign country. I wrote back, I had and am canceling this order. Send my refund and a postage pay label if you want your damaged item. I wanted to clarify that Rivka is not with the company as they made me believe.

It is all a scam with getting customers to send items they don't want that could be used or damaged so the customers lose their money with shipping to other customers and the company who sends the wrong item, doesn't lose anything. They call it their policy.

Their policy is to lie to customers to think they are getting a Revlon brand, to lie to customer thinking they are getting a brand new item, to lie to customer thinking the item they receive is from Revlon or a legitimate company and if the customer didn't order that item or received damaged, they have no responsibility as a company to pay for returns due to their errors.

My question is, why hasn't other customers told the truth about this company so people like me and others would never have done business with them? Business get away with scams and fraud when customers are not reporting them. The way RevlonOneStep.com is doing business I am surprise they are still online and one more thing if you write a review on the website with one star, it gets deleted very quick. So they only show 5 stars but who knows for sure if they are customers or just people they get to write reviews for them.
