Complaint Review: Revo Styler - Trademark Of Revolutionary Products

I purchased this product for my wife, who they swore this product would work for. It didn't work and we returned the product for a "complete refund" that never came. We even got a receipt from the post office when we sent it, and bank statement to prove they never deposited any money - which they "tell" us they gave us. Our own bank even told us they never received such a payment. Our bank even called them to tell them the payment was never received, but they still insist we received the payment.

We called them for ONE whole year asking for our money back, and each time their customer service manager would tell us to buzz off, and no matter who we contacted about this matter it wouldn't matter because they're a multi-million dollar company.

Revo owes me over $120, and they refuse to give it back. I don't live in California so I can't file a small claims case against them either.
