Complaint Review: Revolution

i went to the revolution store at the aurora mall and bought a white apple bottom coat. paid $160.00 for the coat. two weeks later one of the snap buttons on the coat broke. we brought the coat back to the store
and asked to exchange the coat the man at the front desk said that he could get it fixed and we could come back in a week and pick it up. so we gave him the coat to be fixed and called him a week and a half later to see if the coat was fixed and he didnt even bring the to coat to be fixed yet said that he needed another day or two so we called him two days later to see if the coat was fixed yet and he said that they could not fix it.

then we asked him if he was going to exchange it because thay could not fix it the product was defective. he said
that he was not going to exchange it or anything. we told him that we wanted the coat back then we still paid 160.00 dallors for it he says fine so we go up to the store to get the coat and he says that he does not even have the coat he hasent even picked it up from
wherever he brought it to.

we asked him why didnt he just tell us on the phone that he didnt have the coat we told him we were coming to pick up the coat we asked him why couldnt we just exchange the coat we were within 15 days and pointed at a sighn taped on the front counter and he said to us that the sign is not there and ripped it of the counter and threw it away.

this entire transaction with revolution has been a nightmare. revolution store at aurora mall is a rip off
