REVOLUTION KIA ACTION MOTORCAR GROUP TOOK MY DEPOSIT, NO CAR Copiague New York
On Saturday 4/9/16 I went to Revolution KIa to lease a car George Jacobson (?) the old surfer dude was my salesman. After the ususal pricing game and finance game of them playing me as if I am complete moron and stupid, we struck a deal and I gave them my CC to be charged $500 deposit. The following Monday morning I called Revoution Kia to cancel my order and was told the refund to my CC would be issued immediately. As of yeserday 4/20/16 (10 days later) I see no evidence of Revolution refund being credited back to my CC. So I called them on phone and recorded the entire conversation, I demanded to know where my refunded $ was and still being told by KIA my refund has not yet been processed. WTF ????
I demanded to speak to mgr and got Billy on phone. Billy could not locate paper work for my canceled sales order,,,so typical. After much arguing and shouting over the phone I told Billy if I dont get my $500 immediately refunded while Im still on the phone with him, that I was reportig them to BBB, NYS attorney General for fraudulent biz and bank lending practices. within minutes Billy came back to me telling me my $500 refund has been processed and gave me a confirmation #. BTW Revolution KIA when working the finance numbers ALWAYS in their favor, illegally taxes you on the bank origination fee! Be careful with these guys they are typical slime car dealership lookig to take advantage of those lessor knowing.
