I bought a Skyline, Nomad travel Trailer from Revolution Rv in Santee, California in June. They did not tell me I had to go to Ramona to pick it up in July until after the deal was paid for and closed. I had to wait one month before they would give me a delivery date. I had them install a spare tire and wheel kit which they made me pay for even though it was listed as standard equipment on the mfg. web site. They also installed a 2" reciever for my bike rack on the rear bumper and a Prodigy brake controller and wire harness. I took the tech. my Honda mfg. wire schematic which he failed to follow, by his own admission and he fried the Prodigy. He fixed the wire but he wouldn't give me a new unit and insisted the fried one was ok, but it wasn't because it kept surging my trailer brakes on and off. He also left out my included sewer hose. When I got home, I discovered my left front leveling jack was bent and useless.Their service dept. was very tense and disorganized and there were a few disgruntled customers waiting to pick up their trailers also.I had to call Camperland and their tech. supervisor walked through disconnecting the defective Prodigy so I could take it to Camperland in San Marcos. I only had to make four stops in the 30 miles. They determined the Prodigy was fried by an electrical test and gave me a new one, under warranty, installed it properly and dialed it in for my truck! Their test labor was $91. I also purchased a sewer hose kit and had them install a new leveling jack. I faxed a bill to Cory Sanders the sales mgr. at Revolting, oops, I mean Revolution RV for $267. He said he would pass it on to the owners. I waited two weeks and called him again. He promised to "Push" it along. I got a call back from him the same day saying the owner won't pay me a dime because I didn't drive it 20 stop lights and over a small mountain with a defective brake controller to give them a chance to repair it.I tried to get them to do it right the first time. Why would any reasonable person subject themselves and their unit to such dangerous and schlocky work? I am goiung to pass this complaint on to the mfg. and see what kind of response I get. What a night and day difference between Revolution RV and Camperland.

I am looking for a trailer and a reputable dealer. Do you think they have improved their state of business?
