Reward Port, Inc. Scam, deceptive, doesn't deliever what was advertised, poor customer service Cherry Hill, New Jersey
They ask you to join, you are able to accumulate points with the promise of when you have accumulated points you are able to redeem for giftcards. I redeemed for 2 $25.00 Walmart giftcards back in October. After sending 7 emails and not even getting the courtesy of a response I was hoping the BBB could help, so filed a complaint with them. The BBB sent 2 requests to company and after getting no response just consider the case closed as Reward Port is not BBB accredited (no surprise there)! The BBB also has them listed with an F rating. This company really needs to be shut down for just plain deceptive business practice. I truly don't understand how a company like this can even stay in business!
