I have been a member of Reward port and have received two rewards from them and have really not had alot of trouble with them untill recently. I made a purchase thru them at HSN for $ 399.00 and not get credited for shopping thru them even with all the documentation I gave them.

I have emailed them 10 times about getting the points owed to me and the reward I requested on March 26, 2012. I have not received my $ 25.00 Best Buy gift card nor my points for shopping with them.

They have ignored me completely.

 I am hoping to get my reward and my points from them so I can continue to enjoy their site.
