Well, it looks like I'm joining the rest of you on not getting my reward.
I cashed out for a Walmart gift card on March 21, 2012. Four months ago now.

I have sent them 4 emails since June, with no response. I will keep trying, but
now I don't expect much. They had even acknowledged my cashing out by sending
me an email to make sure my address was correct.

I've never had any problems with other sites.

I don't know what worked, but I got the gift card today, 7/30/12.

I had sent them an email telling them I put this on Ripoff Report.
 
And the Trenton, NJ, BBB sent them the complaint on 7/24.

My card was sent out on 7/27/12.

All I can say, is, keep trying!

There are many of us in the same situation. I have been waiting 6 months for my gift card, and all my emails to RewardPort have been ignored. I also contacted the BBB almost 2 months ago0, and they seem to not want to get involved. My suggestion is for everyone who is having the same issue, contact the New Jersey Attorney General's office to report them. They have a form that you can download to file a complaint. The link is :

I also filed a complaint with the Trenton, NJ, BBB.org. And it seems I'm not the first to do so.
