i traded some of my points for a walmart gift card back in oct 2012. they said it would take 8 to 10 weeks to receive it. i still haven't received it. i have e mailed them 5 or 6 times, and have also written them a letter, and still got no response.it has been about 18 or 19 weeks, still nothing help
