Complaint Review: Rexing (Dash Cam)

Rexing (Dash Cam) While using e-mail to get the M1 Pro dash cam to work they reduced their warranty from 1 year to 1 month and after 10 e-malls they are still unable to get the unit to work.

Purchased a Rexing dash cam through e-bay in August of 2021. Immediatly on arrival I attempted to install the camera but after following all of their, meager, instructions I was unable to get the camera to work. This failure began a string of e-mails between 8/25/21 and today, 9/21/21. During this e-mail exchange there passed 11 or 12 messages each way. I complied with every instruction or suggestion they provided, all of which were lame at best, and was unable to get the unit to work.

Yesterday, 9/20/21, I sent a request for assistance. What I received was an e-mail telling me that, during this 1 month exchange of e-mails, their 1 year warrany had expired and the best they could do was offer a 40% discount on another camera and GPS logger.

Their e-bay add and their booklet says the warranty was 1 year. From this information I can only assume that time and dates are computed differently in Asia.
