We brought a stove and a refrig. at the Rexs store in San Angelo Tx. nine months ago.About two weeks later we find out that they closed their doors.We where not even notified that they were closing. We also bought an extended warranty too also payed over a hundred dollars extra to have delivered and to set the items up. now nine months later my cook stove has shorted out. It was still under frigidaire warranty so they sent out a repairman to fix the stove. He told me that the delivery person did not install a bracket to protect the stove from shorting out and because of that our warranty was void with frigidaire because it was not installed right. I have called the Rexs store in Odessa Texas talked to Paul regional manager in this area he told me that there was nothing they could do I said that your people delivered our items and set them up then he tells me that they do not have their own people they contract out to do that I was not aware of that so he says that the people who delivered is responiable when I called to have the items delivered to my house the person at Rexs in Angelo said they would be here the next day. then this person called who delivered them to ask where I lived and said that he was with Rexs. How was I to know that they do not provide trained people to deliver and install their products so now I am stuck with a stove that does not work and no one will help me because it is the person who delivered it
