This company is very disorganized. I will never, ever hire them again. I am a single mother and I trusted these guys...big mistake! I needed a sliding glass door replaced. The fast talking salesman came out and showed me a fat binder stuffed with letters of recommendation. They offer a big "marketing discount". Either the letters were fraudulent or the company has gone downhill fast. First, the scheduling was difficult. Sunday morning was the ONLY time they could come. 30 minutes after arrival time the guy called to say the trailer carrying the equipment had a flat. He had to wait for Home Depot to open to get the part and fix it. Hours later, he calls and says there is not enough time left in the day to do the job. There also happened to be a playoff game that afternoon. After that, Thursday morning was the ONLY time available so I had to use personal leave from work. It took half the morning. He left a part for the screen door leaning against the back of the house, saying there is no way to attach it.

The first time we used the door, the edge of one of the glass doors popped off and now the two doors, locked together, slide all the way over leaving a space as big as one of the doors. Anyone can just move the locked doors over and walk in. He came out once to repair it. He insisted that the part he left leaning against the back of the house is not necessary. I discovered that it IS necessary for the screen doors to close properly and lock. After the "repair" we tried the sliding doors and the edge popped off again. The 2 glass doors locked together still move over as a unit and leaves that gaping space, something that exposes my children and I to potential danger. I have called multiple times since then and they still have not fixed it. Calling them can be an unpleasant experience. The dispatcher is a sadsack who asks you how you are doing. When you respond in kind with the usual "Fine, how are you?" he tells you how he is not doing well. It's very awkward. As a single mom I have a very tight budget but I managed to pay Reynolds about $5000 for the crappy job they did. That is with the "marketing discount". It looks like I will now have to pay someone else to come out and fix their poor workmanship. I DO NOT recommend Reynomds Exteriors!
