RezV Nutri Blvd Rip Off Really not Free Trial cancel if not satisfied Aventura Florida
I ordered free trial from RezV and did exactly what was asked if not satisfied with product. I can not get anyone to answer phone and it states can cancel if not happy with product but they tell you to print page with confirmation number on it which I did however at the very bottom it states: Please print this page for your records. If you need to contact customer service you will need our ORDER ID information in order to reference your order. I did print page but there is no ORDER ID information to be found anywhere ..I even saved the package the product came in..they do not give you a tracking number or any type of ORDER ID information. The confirmation number is bogus. It does not help if you do not have tracking number or ORDER ID information. Can not get anyone to help me with this. Once you print page it will not let you go back and try to get ORDER ID information it just keeps trying to make you order again. Please help me with this if you can.

I ordered the trial of RezV and tried to cancel using the telephone number listed on my bank statement, but it turns out the number is not legit. I tried canceling through the website and could not. I tried calling "customer service" several times. Every time I was put on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up. This is a working number, evidently no one is working the phone lines. I believe my only option now is to close my bank account and reopen a new account else where.
