RGO Resume Genius is a scam. They have billed me for 10 months without notification. I called them and complained. They said there is nothing they can do about refunding my money. Checking the ripoff report, I see that I am just one of many. Do not purchase from this company. I created 1 resume under their so-called 14 day trial period. I paid for it, but they have continued to bill me 39.95 per month since then for nothing. They need to be shut down.
