Complaint Review: RH Donnelley

I purchased a one-year telephone directory listing for June 2005 through June 2006. My term was over, my bills were paid in full. Now, they tell me that there has been an "extension" and I owe them six more months fees.

Their sales rep never mentioned anything about this during the sale. They never sent me a contract only bills, which showed my balance due. Now they expect me to pay because R.H. Donnelley has decided NOT to print the new directory for another six months.
