Rheaseville Truck and auto Piece of Junk! Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina
Rheaseville truck and auto is a complete ripoff . I purchased a 1999 honda accord from this dealer . I paid $5000.00 cash for it and understood that I had warranties on only the parts that had been replaced before purchase.
One of those parts happen to be the radiator which started to leak within 3 weeks . I gave them a call and the dealer told me to bring it back he would fix it no charge . I did take it back and told me it was a faulty part they had put on before I purchased and he had replaced it with a "new one".
About 2 weeks later I noticed another leak from under the car and also something was leaking in the radiator that appeared to be stop leak . So again I gave them a call and he said to bring it back and he would fix it free of charge . I took it back for the second time . This time he said it was the radiator (which I was told a new one was put on before I purchased the car) which was "faulty" too and had a warranty .
So he claimed to have put another new radiator on and tried to charge me $90.00 for a faulty warrented part .
Now I'm seeing the same leak and has found out that this is oil that is leaking in my radiator and the head gasket needs to be fix . So now I have to pay for these expenses out of pocket for a car I havn't had 6 months .
Also, I've failed to mention that I was never told that this car had a salvage title . I wouldn't have known if I had not seen this on my title and I'm almost pretty sure that is against the law .When I asked about it he said the car was keyed and needed painting but I'm no fool . I know that a paint job does not cost the value of this car .
I would advise consumers to please shop elsewhere .
