Let me guess, the "Product" isn't exactly legal to possess.
This may be a shock to you, but there was never any product. Nothing ever made it to your local "airport". Oh and don't expect to see any of your money back, nothing they have provided you for contacts is either real or traceable.
The good news for you is that any threat they may have said that they were going to turn you into the authorities is also false.
