A total disaster to our home "Rhino Exteriors of  Wisconsin" aka “Rhino Shield Wisconsin”!!! A 25-year warranty?? What a joke we could not get them to fix our house after 2 days!!! We have blisters and flaking of the product that developed 2 days after they left!!! In the beginning of August 2015 and we have yet to have them repair it! They do not return phone calls,!! We held back payment until the job was done right and then Jarron the project manager finally returns our call and offers to fix the areas if we paid the balance due.

We agreed to this and paid him and have not heard back from him despite many phone calls and messages! It’s like they took our money and ran. Unfortunately now there is nothing we can do because Rhino Shield comes with a two-year labor warranty so that means we will have to pay more money to get our house fixed properly since it was never done right to begin with. From the beginning this whole thing was a mess our contract read that they would remove and replace any cracked caulk.. That was never done, they said they would power wash our house prior to applying Rhino Shield..

We have a 2900 square foot cape cod home and they so called "power washed " it in 20 minutes leaving behind wasp nests, dirt, dust and grime. The base primer was applied over wasp nests and dirt!!! Then they painted over the dirt and wasp nest! The crew that did our project had never done this before and never received any training and where given no supervision. This was just the beginning of the many defects of this company and product!! Corporate isn’t any better they don’t return my phone calls either. There is no big corporate network nobody from another market will come and fix my house if these guys go out of business.

There is no 1-800 customer service hotline to help customers out like they make you believe at the time of sale.  I was told by corporate that each office is independently owned and operated and that I should call my local rep yeah will I’ve tried that with no success. I shouldn’t have to make so many phone calls to try and get my house fixed properly. Corporate may want to re-educate and train this local dealer. It seems like the same guys that run Milwaukee run Jacksonville, Florida and Minneapolis, Minnesota it’s no wonder why they seem to have similar complaints in those cities as well. I will be inviting everyone I know over to look at this horrific job!! I had great expectations and have been disappointed at every turn. This will not be the last that they hear from us as they have ruined our house!!!!!!
