We were ripped off by this so called arbs company for over 10 grand. Any extra information on directors names, address's, contact details or new companies they have started would be much appreciated.
Im sure there are alot of others who would like this information posted. These ****** con hard working people out of there money and need to be stopped. How they are not in jail or at least getting around on crutches is beyond me. The governing bodies ACCC,ASIC,FAIR TRADING ETC are useless.
After looking into other arb companies noticed that RHODES and WTS(arbitrage advantage) have the same postal address in ther brochures so can only assume they are tied in together. Have found one of the directors from RHODES linked to a address at MAUDSLAND 4210. Any extra information i find will be posted.

If you do a detailed ASIC company search this will confimr that I was never a director of these companies... these are all lies.....

Stachura has ripped of dozens upon dozens of people in Australia. Starting at a young age stealing boats from Sydney selling on the Gold Coast, smashing cars on purpose and claiming insurance. Later moved to the Gold Coast opened up Gold Coast Computers just another ripoff. CITSS established by stachura was created to get stock from hardware companies with intentions to never pay. His wife had enough and fell into various relationships as a direct result of stachura (knowing about his scams over the years). I guess she was just trying to get away.
Stachura even burned down his house while his kid's birthday party was on to claim insurance.

Police forensics found evidence and locked him up for some years. Not so long ago he got out and is operating new scams.

You have hit the nail on the head with regards to this p***k of the company. Yes big huge scam and the man behind the whole thing has done this forall his life, cheated, scammed, stole, corrupted & destroyed people. A criminal himself with the tricks of the sytem no government organisation can deal with him- nor catch him because he is TOO GOOD at what he does and they could not be bothered to spend time & resorces on him and this is why he gets away with it and keeps doing it to people- It's all a game for him while peoples lives are destroyed he is off sailing on his big a*s boat and holidaying all over the world enjoying your money and he couldn't care less.
I am one of many hundreds that have fallen in the trap too. I too wonder how this man can still be walking and not in crutches- time will tell.
