We also bought through savvaidis associates in 2007,promised the earth by them but when it came to the nitty gritty they left us high and dry.We now find our house isnt what we bought(size) and that is has just been valued by the Alfa Bank and half of what we paid MR SAVVAIDIS for it,This is due to the fact that our building licence(that we were not showed) is only for 45sq mtrs and NOT the 100sq mtrs that he offered for sale! We also have just found that we dont officially have a pool but we paid for one MR SAVVAIDIS so where is our licence for the same? It is obvious to all that read this report that is is SAVVAIDIS himself writing it trying to side step the real issues that have come to light since the HOMES FROM HELL 2010 programme was aired,These being that savvaidis associates sell illegal homes!Please be very careful if you intend to buy through this man and NEVER use their reccomended lawyers.
