RHouseMedia DON'T SEND THEM YOUR IPOD!!! Laguna Beach California
I sent them my iPod to diagnose over a month ago. Since then I have called, and emailed them - and haven't received any information about my iPod nor have I been able to speak with a person.

Hello Dori,
This is Faraz form Rhousemedia.com. Our records indicate that we received your iPod on 4/27/09 and emailed you on 5/5/09 informing you that the diagnosis had been completed. We also attempted contacting you on 5/20/09 by telephone and left you a voice message. We finally made contact on 5/30/09 and informed you of the diagnosis of your iPod. You then informed us that you wanted to abandon the iPod and we went ahead and recycled the iPod according to current environmental regulations.
