Complaint Review: RHS ENTERPRISES

I am updating my original report. I ordered their 300-piece detox system on 3rd of January 2009. The charge appeared on my credit card statement even though to date (March 6, 2009) they have never shipped the merchandise.

After I called them (631-369-2672) about the order on January 26, 2009, they sent me a letter apologizing for the delay, blaming the delay on "customs delays", which was supposed to take only "2-3 more days". This letter promised delivery within 1-7 business days after receiving this letter, and gave a coupon for one week's detox pads to forward back to them when the order arrived. The original order of detox pads never arrived.

I rechecked the web site after trying to call again them today (March 6, 2009)and getting a message that "this number cannot be completed as dialed."
I discovered that the business owner has changed his name and telephone number (from old info: Robert Slavinski at (631)369-2672 to new personna: Robert Slavin, 888-747-9990). This new number was not answered but goes into phone mail.

I now believe this is a scam and needs to be passed on as such to the NY State Attorney General's office, The US Postal Inspection Service, and the Better Business Bureau. Reason: Legitimate businesses don't charge you for merchandise until it is actually shipped and they also don't continuously morph like chameleons when they can't can't produce what they advertise for sale.
